JUST FOR YOU
We present to you the single-storey house Stela Nova 90, featuring a classic gable roof with a visible wooden eave as a traditional element of rural architecture.
The net living area of the house is 90 m². The layout includes: an entrance hall, utility room, hallway, bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, additional room, bathroom, and an open-plan main living area with living room, dining area, and kitchen.
The house is suitable for a family of three. If there is a need for additional space, an extra room can be arranged in place of the walk-in wardrobe.
As an additional feature, a covered outdoor terrace with a pergola and a carport on the driveway side of the building near the main entrance can be integrated alongside the house.

The single-storey house Stela Nova 110 offers, within its 110 m² of living space, practically everything a family of four needs for comfortable, high-quality living.
Next to the entrance hall, there is a utility room and a guest WC designed as a connected space, with the option of partitioning according to the investor’s additional preferences.
From there, we enter a short hallway that opens the view toward the main living area, which combines the kitchen, dining room, and living room into one cohesive space. A small pantry is conveniently connected to the kitchen.
The private section of the house includes two children’s bedrooms, a master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, and a main bathroom.
The overall design is beautifully completed by a covered outdoor terrace, accessible from the main living area, one of the children’s rooms, and the master bedroom.

This is a 120 m² house Stela Nova 120, designed with a ground floor and a habitable attic, covered by a gable roof without eaves, which gives the house a modern appearance. The layout follows a classic floor-by-floor organization, where the ground floor includes an entrance hall, a smaller bathroom, a technical area with a utility room, a study, and the main living area with a kitchen, dining room, and living room. Curved stairs, beneath which a pantry is integrated as part of the kitchen, lead to the attic level featuring two children’s rooms, a master bedroom with a wardrobe, and a bathroom.
Depending on the investor’s preferences, there is also the possibility of combining the house with additional elements, where the house, a covered outdoor terrace, and a carport with a flat non-walkable roof are successfully integrated into a cohesive whole, contributing to a more dynamic exterior appearance.

We present a contemporary single-family house with a distinctive gable roof and clean architectural lines, combining a traditional form with a modern approach. Large glass surfaces on the garden side create a bright and airy living environment.
The house is designed as a single-storey building with a rational and functional layout.
